Cari Kirby – Biography

Having that all important balance of being a mum, alongside upholding a successful career, has always been a huge part of Cari’s life. She currently works in marketing for a games development company and has over ten years’ experience in the sector. She is an advocate of creating flexible working hours in order to retain talented women in the tech workplace, and is driven to addressing inequality in the creative and digital industries.
